Resveratrol research seems to largely be concentrated with French scientists, but every day someone is discovering something about its health benefits.
So far resveratrol has been linked to weight loss, anti-aging, anti-inflammation, diabetes help, preventing cancer, preventing alzheimers, and even life extension. While all of that seems unlikely and made up, most sources of resveratrol are highly concentrated vehicles for delivering potent antioxdants to our bodies.
