Antioxidant Super Foods Cranberries

I hope you were able to check out your “Healthy Taste of Blueberries” e-book. Sam put a lot of good information there.

It wasn’t my intention to create a newsletter that just delivered free e-books to you. But, it seems that is the case. Today I was writing an article about the new health campaigns surrounding juices. I’m sure you’ve seen Welch’s Grape Juice advertising that it’s chock full of antioxidants and polyphenols. And Ocean Spray now has added Green Tea to its juices.

I’ve got nothing against these juices, but an antioxidant isn’t worth much after it’s come into contact with oxygen so make sure your first cup is worth it. 🙂

Anyway, while researching I came across this great e-book Ocean Spray put out about the health benefits of Cranberries. I think it might actually be better than the Blueberry book (and much better than last month’s peanut book).

The Health Secrets of Cranberries,
An Antioxidant Super Foods Free E-Book

Cranberries happen to be one of the few sources of resveratrol, thus my reason for sending it to you. By now you should be well versed in the health benefits of peanuts, red wine, and blueberries. And tomorrow your Cranberry knowledge will be off the charts.

On a side note, I found evidence that resveratrol stops flu cells from replicating. Some researchers discovered that after the last Avian Bird Flu – so check out the Swine Flu Page on our site for more information on that.

Anyway, enjoy the Cranberry Book!
