Wine starts with grapes that were either cultivated with chemicals or without. Organic wine is the label given to grapes grown without chemical assistance (basically). When the grape itself has to do all the work in fighting bacteria, mold, and sickness it produces more antioxidants and disease fighting nutrients that make it into your glass.
